Stitch by stitch workshop, Part I

Cross stitching is one of the best ways to create personalised and unique gifts, heirlooms and decorations for yourself, family and friends. It is also a fabulous way of personalising your little ones favourite items.
In this workshop we are going to cross stitch a small design of your choice. We'll be using only simple stitches, cross stitch and back stitch. Both novice and experienced needle workers are welcome.
Once your design is finished we're turn it into a useful item, so make sure you sign up for part two!

About the artist:
This workshop is run by Veronika, owner and designer at Cats and Birds, a brand founded in Kingston upon Thames and dedicated to creating stylish home decorations, accessories and gifts, putting great emphasis on personalised items. She prefers using only natural fibre materials such as cotton, linen, Harris tweed and nettle fabric. All of her workshops are a fun way of guiding you into learning the art of hand sewn, unique and personalised decorations and gifts.
