Mums' Brunch Time Club - Fabric Bow Making for Baby Accessories


Date: Wednesday 2 August

Time: 10.30 to 12.30

Venue: Belgian Brasserie, Merton Abbey Mills, Colliers Wood, SW19 2RD

Fee: Mum's Brunch Time Club members £20; non members £25

In this 2 hour workshop you'll design and make a bow from a fabric of your choice. The finished item can be worn as a hair accessories by you or your baby girl or made into a bow-tie for your baby boy or simply become an embellishment of any item. We'll be using simple hand sewing techniques so you don't have to be an experienced needle worker.

Fee includes,

  • All craft materials, equipment and instruction

  • A finished bow tie to take home

  • Coffee/tea of your choice and brunch refreshments

  • A relax and sociable environment

About the artist:

This workshop is run by Veronika, owner and designer at Cats and Birds, a brand founded in Kingston upon Thames and dedicated to creating stylish home decorations, accessories and gifts, putting great emphasis on personalised items. She prefers using only natural fibre materials such as cotton, linen, Harris tweed and nettle fabric. All of her workshops are a fun way of guiding you into learning the art of hand sewn, unique and personalised decorations and gifts.
