Join us for a jazz and soul dinner with singer Lily Dior and guitarist Kim Murray! Lily and Kim will present a varied program of their favourite jazz and soul music with an emphasis on the classic composers of each genre. It will be an evening of a mix of classics soul artists such as Al Green, Stevie Wonder and Chaka Khan and a mix of soulful jazz from Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan. As a singer songwriter herself, Lily will also sing a few of her own soul originals :-)! 

 

As one of Australia’s finest jazz singers, Lily Dior has shared the stage with a remarkable list of outstanding musicians from Australia and around the world including, Oscar Castro Neves, Airto Moriera, Don Grusin, Dave Matthews, Bill Evans(Sax), Abe Laboriel, Alex Acuna, Mike Nock, Paul Grabowsky amongst many others. In recent years Lily has established herself as a performer in demand appearing at iconic venues such as Ronnie Scott’s, The 606 Club, The Hideaway, Pizza Express Soho as well as The Clore Ballroom, Royal Festival Hall and has given two concerts at The Budapest Jazz Club in collaboration with The 606 Club. 

 

Kim Murray is a multi talented guitarist from Perth Australia and performs regularly in London with many of the finest musicians and as a regular side man for Boney M on their international tours.

Starter 

* Mixed green salad with lemon, olives and anchovies

* Sichuan spicy vegetable wonton in red chili oil sauce (v)(slightly spicy)

 

Main

* Crêpes with mince beef, cheddar, spinach and sour cream (double)

* Fried noodles with fried bean curd, spring onion, sprouts and green vegetables (v)

 

Dessert 

* Waffle with Belgian chocolate, berries and whipped cream (v)
