"Beneath every nightmare lies a dream" - The Lossen

Join us for a multiple awards winning independent film screening on Saturday 24 August with prosecco and canapes.

This short 30 mins film was inspired by the differences in attitudes towards death in the East and West. Sadly in the West death is still a taboo subject and most people want to avoid any thought of the inevitable. At the end of the film it begs the bold question of "whose life are we living and is it really too late to live our dreams"?

Shortly after its production, The Lossen has already won many awards internationally including the Gold Award of the REMI Winner 52nd Annual Worldfest-Houston International Film Festival, Best Art Direction of VIFF Vienna Independent Film Festival. It has been selected to be screened at European Independent Film Awards, Silver Sate Film Festival, Southside Film Festival Behelhem, and nation wide.

On this evening you will be joining the writer, producer and director Colin Skevington, the production team and cast on the screening.

Ticket is £7 per head with a glass of prosecco and canapes in the reception. Cash bar will be available after the screening.
